This is Mehariya Wakayama store.

On July 12th, we collaborated with Terakoya Sugiyama on a project.
I had the opportunity to try making "Mehari Sushi".
Taught directly by our store manager, Mr. Murao.
Mehari sushi is a rice ball wrapped in pickled mustard greens.
However, the way you shape the rice and the amount and method of wrapping the pickled mustard greens will make a difference.
They're completely different in terms of how easy they are to eat and how they look.
Its simplicity is precisely what makes it difficult.
Its simplicity is precisely why it has been loved since the Edo period.
The oldest fast food.
Children with a bright future will pass it on to the next generation.
I sincerely hope that you will become a sash for me.
